yea i know CONFIRM will have alot of goodies to eat during the new year and it will be hard to control your diet during this period. our new year no need puasa one.
but do keep in mind that our napha is a tad earlier than the rest and hence we cannot afford to gain much weight or else running will be tough. summore we have to take all 6 items!
so i have gone and do some animations of simple exercises you can do during this festive season.
do remember to follow them and stretch before exercising!

open room 1024 earilier?
hey was thinking that since thurs got ppl so early end sch and cca starts so late, how abt opening up room 1024 earilier so we all can sit and tok male chicken and maybe mug? can also go thr and blast music and enjoy aircon.
do bring up suggestion and if the response is good i may go and propose to teachers or wen hand

do comment! i any how threw things together one so if need to change jus say on the tag board.
i also just set up a photobucket for our club, and posted some of the chalet pics there also from my own camera.
all the pass words will be sent to u all in a few days time, i just have to settle some other admin stuff fis
school is reopening tmr! jia you for the year ahead!
