yea i know CONFIRM will have alot of goodies to eat during the new year and it will be hard to control your diet during this period. our new year no need puasa one.
but do keep in mind that our napha is a tad earlier than the rest and hence we cannot afford to gain much weight or else running will be tough. summore we have to take all 6 items!
so i have gone and do some animations of simple exercises you can do during this festive season.
do remember to follow them and stretch before exercising!
